How to file a Claim
In the event that you need to file a claim, please call and speak to your broker as soon as possible at (519) 426-2031 or toll free 1 (800) 567-7423.Alternatively, if you are able, come into our Simcoe office at 49 Norfolk St. N. and report the claim in person.In the event of an automobile accident, having all the necessary information is important for the claims process. Please download, print and keep our Vehicle Accident Information Form in your glovebox, and if possible, fill it out at the scene of the accident. Submit the completed form to you broker when you file the claim as soon as possible afterwards.
