Kris was raised on a tobacco farm in Norfolk County. She attended Port Dover Composite School and continued her education at Mohawk College in Hamilton in the computer field. She worked locally as a computer programmer and trainer before becoming a stay at home Mom with her two sons. In 2000, she was hired by R.E. Mann Brokers Ltd, as Accounting Assistant. In 2006 she was promoted to Financial Manager. She also serves as the firm’s Privacy Officer. Kris resides in Simcoe with her husband and two sons.
